What services do you offer?

Our services include gutter emptying (clearing), downpipe unblocking, Upvc gutter, fascia, soffit, and downpipe washing. External conservatory washing. Gutter repairs and alterations.

What areas do you cover?

We go to all Cardiff areas, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Llantrisant, Bridgend, The Vale of Glamorgan, Penarth, Barry and all Valley areas

How often should guttering be emptied/cleared?

As part of a regular maintenance schedule, it is recommended that gutters should be cleaned every year to remove the build-up of debris that can cause blockages.

How do I get a free no no-obligation quote?

We can provide a quote by text, email and telephone. All we need is your address and what work you require. Once a quote is accepted we can arrange a time to call which is convenient for you.

What methods of cleaning/repair are used?

We have many years of experience so as part of our tool kit we use ladders, poles and vacuums. Gutter inspection and repairs are made from ladders as getting up to the guttering is important to see what's needed.  When repairing gutters we normally replace unions etc. with new components that we supply.

Do I have to be in when you call?

It is preferred if you are in when we call but if this is not possible we are happy to proceed with the work, pictures of before and after can be arranged if an email address is provided and payment can be made online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques or online payments.

What if I am a landlord?

If a landlord accepts a quote for one of their properties a convenient time to carry out the work can be arranged with the tenant and an invoice with payment details will be provided.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We understand at times an appointment cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances so we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice, we'll be happy to rearrange an appointment.
